Join Fraser Health as a Data Analyst in the CAADSI team, focusing on enhancing healthcare decision-making through data analytics. This relief full-time role extends until October 2027 based in Surrey, B.C.
As a key member of the CAADSI team, you will oversee data product development and ensure that stakeholder needs for reporting and analysis are met efficiently.
Your role will leverage advanced analytics to transform complex data into actionable insights and support service utilization assessments. Collaboration with various units is essential to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify data reporting needs across business units
• Design and implement BI solutions using SQL and Power BI
• Conduct detailed analysis and insights from data
• Facilitate performance reporting and benchmarking initiatives
• Provide quality assurance on reporting standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis
• Familiarity with T-SQL and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of healthcare performance metrics
• Capability to handle the physical demands of the role
