Are you passionate about improving healthcare through technology, collaboration and innovation? Fraser Health is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Enablement, Readiness and Activation (ERA) team within Clinical Informatics and Digital Health (CIDH), supporting MEDITECH Expanse implementations across the organization.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of healthcare operations, technology and transformation. As part of a team responsible for preparing sites, departments and end users for successful MEDITECH Expanse upgrade deployments, you will help drive readiness, activation and adoption activities that support safer, more effective patient care.

You will partner with clinical, operational, technical and project teams to analyze and identify opportunities for improvement, support implementation planning, and develop reporting and analytics that help leaders make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the largest digital health transformation initiatives in Fraser Health while developing expertise in healthcare systems, business analysis, data analytics and implementation delivery.

• Lead business systems analysis activities including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process mapping and future-state design to support MEDITECH Expanse implementation, activation and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical and project stakeholders to identify business needs, evaluate system impacts and develop technology-enabled solutions that improve operational readiness and adoption.
• Develop and maintain project workplans, readiness trackers, activation plans and portfolio management tools using Smartsheet and other enterprise applications.
• Design and support dashboards, Power BI reports, executive reporting and performance metrics that provide insight into project progress, risks, readiness status and implementation outcomes.
• Facilitate key partner engagement sessions, readiness assessments, workshops and meetings, acting as a liaison between Clinical Informatics and Digital Health, project, operational and clinical teams.
• Support the planning and execution of activation logistics including deployment planning, command centre activities, at-the-elbow support coordination, stakeholder communications and go-live support.
• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, dependencies and opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting decision-making and benefits realization.
• Support multiple initiatives simultaneously by contributing to project planning, implementation activities, issue resolution and organizational change efforts associated with digital health transformation.

The Analyst, Business Systems, Health Informatics - Community and Primary Care, is responsible for providing a range of business and systems analysis and support services to the community and primary care areas within Fraser Health. Analyzes business process re‑engineer concepts and methods, with respect to health informatics, and develops, implements, and maintains health information systems and business practices pertaining to electronic health information capture and utilization.

Ensures the development of the electronic health records for Fraser Health.
