Exchange, Skype & MS Team Administrator   Responsibilities     This role will be serving as a Unified Communications Messaging and Mobility Expert with both operations and design engineering responsibilities for the MS Windows Infrastructure environment, including an emphasis on Microsoft Exchange 2016/Online, Mobile Intune, etc.
Work closely with both IT and business partners to design and implement solutions supporting business needs
Ability to build, secure and maintain customer Azure / O365 Infrastructure and Operations including Exchange online in hybrid mode and MS Teams.
Ability to manage Skype 2019 with enterprise voice.
Analyze service incidents and problems, identify risks, provide recommendations, and implement solutions.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of collaboration system and enterprise voice infrastructure policies, standards and diagrams
Provide guidance in the completion of health checks and performance and capacity reporting.
Ability to manage large and critical project and deliver them on-time and on-budget
Take ownership of all assigned tasks and drive to resolution, researching and escalating to vendor as necessary.
Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to other team members, as assigned, and to develop internal certification criteria and curriculum.
Enforce and follow Compugen ITSM policies, procedures and best practices. After hours and on-call support
This person will be helping teams to design and implement critical business systems in tight alignment with the strategic direction set by the company
Ability to multi-task and manage the operational day to day and project tasks responsibilities
The ability to be self-dependent and manage projects efficiently
This role will be able to explain & justify design decisions to their IT peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions.
This role is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex Microsoft Exchange, mail routing, mobility, and unified communication issues
Skills providing root cause analysis, incident management, along with managing communication with clients/partners / Service team members
Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with production lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines
The expert will participate/contribute to project engagements, provide technical mentoring to team members, and actively participate in architecture reviews and strategic development activities
work in rotation with all members of the team Strong hands-on technical skills and analytical problem-solving mindset, delivery focus, and client orientation are all critical for this role
Participate/Contribute with after-hours/weekend
Technical Competencies     A Computer Science degree or equivalent in real-world experience.
A superior knowledge of Microsoft Azure, O365, InTune and Cloud Computing
Solid understanding of Exchange on-line and hybrid setup.

Experience with Skype 2019 and MS-Teams including the migration process
Good experience with Power Shell scripting for both Active Directory and Exchange
A superior understanding of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016, 2022 and to be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems.
In depth understanding of local and Azure Active Directory Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, Clustering services, Windows Security, deployment services, DFS and other Microsoft Infrastructure services.
An understanding and experience setting up and utilizing disaster recovery solutions. SRM experience is an asset.
Good to have experience with SCCM
Excellent technical design and documentation skills and be able to mentor other team members and help with the design and build of various solutions.
A strong understanding of backup and recovery processes and applications.
