As a Manager, Data & Analytics Business Partner, you will partner with senior business leaders to deliver measurable business impact. The role requires data analytics, business intelligence, SQL, Python, or R experience. You will also work with modern platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leadership to embed data into decisions
Design analytics supporting growth, retention, and efficiency
Lead strategic initiatives and develop scalable prototypes
Promote trusted data, tools, and self-service analytics
Identify data, analytics, and AI/ML business opportunities
Requirements:
At least seven years in data analytics or related discipline
Relevant degree in statistics, computer science, or related field
Experience creating demonstrated business impact through analytics
Experience building trusted senior stakeholder partnerships
Comfort with SQL, Python, R, or modern data platforms
Bring strategic analytics leadership, business partnership, and technical fluency to Westland Insurance Group’s hybrid Surrey team.
