We’re searching for an Insurance Advisor in Surrey at our King George Hub office. We are looking for a career‑minded individual who is focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience.

Expected Compensation: $22.20 to $27.75 per hour, based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions and internal equity.

Qualifications:

• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong ability to build authentic client relationships
• Excellent time management, prioritization, confidentiality, and discretion
• Insurance broker level 1 license or working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
• BONUS! 6+ months of industry experience

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service to promote client retention
• Uncover clients’ business challenges, act as advocate, identifying needs and providing recommendations
• Assist clients with insurance needs using basic underwriting knowledge
