Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret insurance policy wording and determine coverages

• Investigate and negotiate homeowner claims of varying complexity

• Maintain thorough documentation of all claims files

• Collaborate with Homeowner Adjusters and Claims Assistants

• Adhere to legislative and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant Claim Advisor experience

• Bilingual skills in English and French are an asset

• Knowledge in automobile and property insurance preferred

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with effective time management abilities
