Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough client records in EPIC

• Advocate for clients during claims processes

Requirements:

• Must hold a Level 2 General Insurance License

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance

• Proven customer service and communication skills

• High level of accuracy required

• Experience in a fast-paced environment beneficial
