Drive client success as a Vice President - Senior Broker with Aon in Burlington or Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on delivering tailored risk solutions and developing broking strategies for mid-market clients.
In this key role, you'll join the Central Region Commercial Broking team, leveraging over 10 years of insurance experience, including 3 years in commercial broking. Collaborate with Account Executives to execute strategies that address client needs and industry conditions. Your expertise in Property & Casualty insurance will be vital in enhancing client relationships and securing optimal coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client risk exposure and coverage needs
• Prepare and present marketing proposals for renewals
• Negotiate premium conditions with underwriters
• Follow up to ensure contract conditions are upheld
• Build and maintain underwriting community relationships
Requirements:
• 10+ years insurance industry experience
• 3+ years in commercial broking
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• RIBO license required or to be obtained
• Commitment to client service excellence
