At CGIC's Retail Sales department, the Associate Insurance Advisor II plays a crucial role in supporting sales through excellent service in personal lines insurance. With a preferred 2+ years in the industry, you will leverage your expertise to advise on product lines of auto and home insurance while achieving personal and collective agency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance sales and service in personal lines offerings

• Recommend appropriate coverage and policies to clients

• Perform detailed front-line risk assessments

• Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints

• Conduct regular reviews of auto and home portfolios

Requirements:

• OTL license is an advantage

• Minimum of 2 years in the insurance sector

• Strong technical knowledge of underwriting practices

• Effective communicator with clients and team members
