Key Responsibilities:

• Apply guidelines to approve or decline personal risk assessments

• Support internal teams with clear communication of decisions

• Ensure alignment with company policies and external regulations

• Conduct audits and provide mentorship to junior underwriters

• Participate in product and operations improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant underwriting expertise required

• Knowledge of personal lines insurance operations

• Pursuing CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation

• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proven ability to manage time and tasks effectively
