Lead Commercial Lines Service Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers and support staff

• Ensure superior service for commercial clients and renewals

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Monitor key performance indicators for client satisfaction

• Collaborate with commercial teams on growth strategies

Requirements:

• Level 2 insurance license or higher is required

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance roles

• Strong knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance

• Experience with Epic systems and carrier portals

• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
