Join Schill Insurance's Strata team as a Strata Insurance Account Manager, enhancing client relationships and navigating policy complexities. Ensure clients receive top-tier service and advice on their insurance policies.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing renewals, endorsements, and policy accuracy, alongside building rapport with strata councils and property managers. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and maintain meticulous documentation will be crucial. Support and collaboration within the team will also drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong client relationships through proactive engagement
• Manage policy renewals and client inquiries efficiently
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures
• Build effective partnerships with underwriters
• Assist during busy periods or team absences
Requirements:
• Level 1 General Insurance License essential
• 3-5 years in Property Insurance environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capacities
• Ability to navigate multiple deadlines and responsibilities
