Key Responsibilities:
• Independently underwrite personal risks in a fast-paced setting
• Communicate decisions to support internal operations
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and regulations
• Mentor broker-underwriters and assist in their development
• Review and improve personal lines products and processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of underwriting experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance
• Actively working towards CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction
