Aon is looking for a Senior Risk Control Consultant to join the AGRC team focused on operational risk mitigation in the mining industry. With 5-10 years of engineering experience, especially in natural resources, you’ll conduct detailed risk assessments and provide strategic insights. This role emphasizes strong communication and a collaborative approach to client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive risk control surveys at mining sites
• Develop loss estimates supplementing insurance programs
• Conduct thorough hazard identification and assessments
• Prepare underwriting information for insurance assessments
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative culture within teams
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years in the mining or resource sectors
• Understanding NFPA standards for fire safety
• Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
