In this role, you will collaborate with Personal Lines Account Managers to ensure clients receive consistent care across branches. You will address client inquiries, manage renewals, and execute policy transactions accurately. Your focus will be on creating a seamless experience for clients and supporting your team during peak times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally
• Help clients understand coverage options and changes
• Manage account renewals and policy transactions accurately
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic system
• Support the Service Team with client follow-ups and communications
Requirements:
• Level 1 general insurance license; commitment to Level 2
• Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products and markets
• Proficiency in using Epic and insurer portals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
