Strategic Demand Planning Manager at IEM

As Demand Planning Manager, you will own the forecasting process and coordinate demand signals among Sales and Operations. Essential to success in this role is a robust background of at least 5 years in demand planning within a manufacturing context. Your analytical mindset will aid in optimizing demand forecasts while leading the monthly S&OP cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of consensus demand forecasts

• Manage monthly S&OP demand review teams

• Coordinate with Sales on forecast specifics

• Assess and rectify forecast accuracy

• Enhance demand planning tools and reporting systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations

• 5+ years in sales forecasting or S&OP processes

• Proficient in ERP and data visualization tools

• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities

• APICS CPIM certification or similar preferred
