In Surrey, BC, you will support logistics, purchasing, and facility maintenance functions. Your primary duties will include resolving logistics issues, creating purchase orders, and maintaining payroll submissions. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills while interacting across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve logistics problems to enhance department efficiency
• Schedule cost-effective driver routes for pickups and deliveries
• Create purchase orders for logistics supplies and expenses
• Compile month-end inventory reports using ELP data
• Maintain employee payroll submissions and safety reports
Requirements:
• College certificate or diploma in accounting preferred
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in general accounting software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with organizational capability
