Take on the Demand Planner role at IEM, where you’ll develop and maintain crucial demand forecasts for our electrical distribution systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and demand planning.
This position focuses on building accurate product and customer-level forecasts through extensive collaboration with Sales and Data Analysis. You will monitor forecast accuracy, implement adjustments, and support new product planning, ensuring smooth inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop demand forecasts at product and regional levels
• Collaborate with Sales for effective market intelligence
• Participate in S&OP demand review processes
• Analyze forecast data and implement corrective measures
• Maintain clean demand data in ERP systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related area
• 2+ years of demand planning experience required
• Strong ERP system proficiency; familiarity with INFOR/Syte Line preferred
• Experience with BI tools for analytical reporting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
