Experienced Supply Planning Manager

Position: Experienced Supply Planning Manager Wanted
IEM is hiring a Supply Planning Manager in Surrey, B.C. to lead effective supply management and ensure customer alignment. Leverage your skills in capacity planning and team leadership to drive success.
This managerial position focuses on developing the enterprise supply plan while navigating complex production scenarios. You will act as the primary liaison across operations to ensure feasible supply strategies. Collaborate closely with procurement to integrate material availability with supply forecasts. Overseeing key performance indicators will also be essential for this role's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and execute the enterprise supply plan

• Lead monthly supply reviews in S&OP meetings

• Serve as liaison for scheduling and capacity discussions

• Analyze supply and demand dynamics for solutions

• Enhance planning tools and methodologies
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management

• At least 5 years in supply or operations planning

• Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically INFOR/Syte Line

• Proficiency with advanced Excel and BI tools

• APICS certification preferred
