Become a key player at Pure Fishing as the Returns Operation Coordinator, focused on return management and warehouse logistics in Canada. This role is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and efficient processing.
In this position, you will lead the returns process while ensuring communication among logistics partners and internal teams. You'll be instrumental in handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate inventory measuring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Canadian returns process from start to finish
• Serve as a customer liaison for return issues
• Oversee credits and replacements efficiently
• Collaborate with third-party logistics for returns
• Support logistics and inventory tracking activities
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in customer service or logistics
• Experience with ERP software and Excel
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate widely
• Understanding of Canadian logistics preferred
