Supply Chain Manager S&OP Focus

Join IEM as a Supply Planning Manager, where you will drive innovative supply chain solutions within the Sales & Operations Planning cycle.

In this critical position, you will oversee the enterprise supply plan and guide successful execution strategies. Your leadership will coordinate efforts between multiple teams to address supply chain challenges and operational constraints. Collaborating with Procurement and Materials teams will be essential for achieving effective material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead S&OP monthly reviews to address supply constraints

• Communicate capacity plans with senior leadership effectively

• Ensure alignment of Master Production Schedules with enterprise plans

• Identify supply/demand imbalances and communicate solutions

• Maintain supply planning KPIs to monitor performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar

• At least 5 years experience in supply planning roles

• Strong understanding of MPS and capacity planning

• Proficiency with ERP systems like INFOR/Syte Line

• APICS certification preferred for career growth
