Position: Enterprise Supply Planning Manager Role
Shape IEM’s supply chain initiatives as a Supply Planning Manager, focusing on seamless integration within the company’s S&OP framework. This strategic role enhances production planning efficiency.

As the Supply Planning Manager, your mission is to own the enterprise supply plan and facilitate effective collaboration between supply chain and plant operations. You will utilize rough-cut capacity planning to develop pragmatic supply strategies and present solutions to senior management. Identifying and addressing supply constraints will be a priority in this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise supply plans based on demand forecasts

• Present supply constraints and solutions to leadership

• Collaborate with plant Operations for scheduling needs

• Guide Master Schedulers on effective supply plan execution

• Communicate trade-off scenarios to resolve capacity issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Supply Chain or Operations

• 5+ years of supply planning in manufacturing environments

• Expertise in rough-cut capacity planning and MPS

• Skilled in ERP systems and KPI tracking tools

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is desirable
