IEM, with over 75 years of innovation in electrical distribution systems, seeks a skilled Materials Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and lead daily warehouse operations. Your ability to design and implement inventory control methods will ensure efficient production processes. A comprehensive understanding of ERP systems and leadership experience in supply chain management are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control and manage all inventory types accurately
• Coordinate material delivery with supply chain teams
• Lead daily warehouse operations for efficient material flow
• Implement inventory control best practices
• Collaborate with quality and purchasing managers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
• 5+ years in warehouse and inventory management
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, especially SAP
• Proven track record in lean inventory management
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and evaluation
