Materials Manager at IEM

Drive excellence in inventory and warehouse operations as a Materials Manager with IEM. Lead a dedicated team to ensure seamless material flow and support efficient production processes.

This role is pivotal for overseeing inventory accuracy and coordinating with various departments to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, lean methodologies, and ERP systems, with at least five years of relevant experience. Your hands-on leadership will foster team engagement while implementing industry best practices in material management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain control over raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

• Coordinate with Purchasing and Planning for material deliveries

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving and storage

• Establish best practices for inventory control

• Support production scheduling by monitoring material availability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in supply chain management or related discipline

• 5+ years in inventory or warehouse management

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred

• Strong analytical skills in operations management

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects
