In this full-time position, you will drive freight sales and dispatch while building key relationships with drivers and internal teams. With over 5 years of industry experience, your expertise in flatbed logistics and regulatory compliance will ensure effective operations. This role includes sourcing freight, managing loads, and acquiring necessary permits across Canada and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and quote open deck freight for various industries

• Dispatch drivers and owner-operators effectively

• Coordinate customs processes and ACI/ACE e-manifests

• Manage axle weight distribution and securement compliance

• Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years in flatbed/open deck freight management

• 3+ years of dispatch experience required

• Deep knowledge of trailer capabilities and cargo securement

• Proven customs documentation and permitting experience

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
