Position: White Cap Service Associate Role
Step into the White Cap family as a Service Associate, committed to providing exceptional customer service and fostering trust. Engage in diverse tasks that support client satisfaction and efficiency.

In this role, you will focus on the daily execution of service commitments while identifying and fulfilling customer needs. You'll manage customer onboarding and service organization, promote the product line, and actively resolve any issues during implementation. Collaboration with your manager is essential as you review performance metrics and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute timely setups of new customers and backorder follow-ups

• Service customers with accurate product knowledge

• Maintain an organized on-site service environment

• Participate in weekly performance discussions with management

• Act as a subject-matter expert for product solutions

Requirements:

• Preferably holds a High School Diploma or GED

• 0-2 years of relevant experience

• At least 1 year in account management or sales

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking
