Position: Dispatcher for GFL Vacuum Services
Join GFL as a Dispatcher focused on Vacuum Services and play a key role in scheduling and job coordination. This hybrid position requires both on-call readiness and evening availability.

As the Dispatcher, you will handle incoming job requests, organize servicing details, and maintain solid communication with the operations team.

Your role extends to tracking subcontractors, managing cancellations, and ensuring employee preparedness for each job task. Your strong organizational skills will be essential for adapting to the ever-changing demands of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess job requests and ensure accurate service planning

• Facilitate communication during equipment or service issues

• Oversee vacation scheduling and manage employee assignments

• Handle daily resource management and coordination

• Submit necessary job data and reports promptly

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver License

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications

• Previous dispatching or coordination experience preferred

• Familiarity with vacuum service equipment a plus

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
