With our optimistic view of the future, we believe there will always be room for creative, innovative distribution in the future. Napsteel is seeking a motivated Purchaser to join our customer service team in our Surrey location. Responsibilities Managing end-to-end procurement activities

Sourcing vendor and maintaining and strengthening vendor relationships

Negotiating pricing and managing agreements with the vendors

Placing and managing purchase orders

Maintaining accurate records related to pricing, order confirmations and contracts

Analyzing market and delivery systems to assess present and future inventory availability

Overseeing and maintaining adequate inventory

Tracking incoming goods and responding to inquiries regarding incoming shipments

Resolving material delivery issues and discrepancies with suppliers

Maintaining current market knowledge and import regulations

Other duties as required Qualifications Meticulous attention to detail is required

Organized, efficient and strong analytical skills

High level knowledge of Excel, Statistic gathering and formulating

Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized ERP system

Extremely well organized, able to work independently or as a team with a high level of initiative and flexibility and willing to take on new tasks as needed.

Self-motivated & able to problem solve within a fast paced, constantly growing environment

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and a team player Why Work for Us:
