As part of our Auto Parts Division, you will support the processing of orders, which is key for customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include loading and unloading orders, sorting products, and matching them with shipping documents. Problem-solving is essential when facing shipment discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders accurately for shipping and receiving
• Load and unload orders as needed
• Match products to purchase and shipping documents
• Sort and organize products for storage
• Resolve issues with incorrect products or shipments
Requirements:
• Strong skills in customer service and communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of the aftermarket parts industry a plus
