As an integral part of the BCLM Operations team, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of fuel delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective service deliveries. Ideal candidates will have transportation familiarity coupled with strong organization skills and a customer-centric approach in fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute fuel delivery orders efficiently

• Integrate delivery requirements of new customers smoothly

• Analyze routing discrepancies to implement improvements

• Foster communication with all operational stakeholders

• Provide administrative support for data entry and compliance

Requirements:

• 2+ years in operational or administrative roles

• Knowledge of transportation in the BC Lower Mainland

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities

• Excellent skills for building customer relationships
