Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize daily waves according to established processes
• Analyze order volume and operational capacity for efficiency
• Monitor workload and adjust plans based on changing priorities
• Produce ticketing reports and communicate workload data
• Collaborate with departments to resolve order-flow issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or labor planning
• Knowledge of WMS and database management (AS400 preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced operational environment
