Property Maintenance Person

Job Summary

Responsible for general upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of Fraser River properties, including pool care, to ensure they are safe, clean, and in good working order.

• Perform routine inspections of properties
• Carry out minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Maintain heating, cooling, and lighting systems
• Handle seasonal work such as snow removal and lawn care
• Clean and maintain pools, including water testing and chemical balancing
• Keep common areas and outdoor spaces clean and safe
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly
• Coordinate work with external contractors when required

• Previous property/building maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic repairs, building systems, and pool care
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically able to lift, climb, and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory
