Elevate the living environment at West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Housekeeper. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and safety in our community for residents.
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the Housekeeper will engage in detailed cleaning processes to meet sanitation standards. You'll ensure safety through diligent cleaning and maintenance, while building strong relationships within the community. Timely reporting of any issues or changes in residents' behavior is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine and deep cleaning duties effectively
• Ensure work areas are orderly and safe at all times
• Organize and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
• Apply infection control methods consistently
• Attend and engage in staff training and community programs
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
• Valid WHMIS and potentially First Aid Certifications
• Capability to lift and manage 30 lbs
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check for vulnerability
