Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high maintenance standards for Phoenix facilities

• Execute general repairs and assist with project coordination

• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks

• Document maintenance requests and follow-up actions

• Communicate effectively with staff and external partners

Requirements:

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience

• Class 5 driver’s license and clean criminal record

• First Aid and CPR certification required

• Knowledge of computer software, including MS Office

• Ability to handle physical tasks and occasional heavy lifting
