Janitorial Services Custodian

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cleaning and maintenance duties effectively

• Conduct minor repairs and installations as required

• Ensure cleanliness in external areas and shared spaces

• Perform regular security checks on the premises

• Aid staff in preparing tenant rooms and pest control

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education

• 1 year of related experience in custodial work

• First Aid certification mandatory

• Building Service Worker Certificate is an asset

• Ability to engage with diverse community members
