This position invites candidates with 3-5 years of maintenance experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team, manage critical equipment maintenance, and ensure that all safety and regulatory standards are met in our food production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of skilled maintenance technicians

• Manage repairs for production machinery and equipment

• Ensure compliance with food manufacturing standards

• Conduct safety inspections and incident investigations

• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in maintenance within a food setting

• 1–3 years in a supervisory capacity
