The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is vital in maintaining fleet availability and operational readiness at the BCLM site. With 3-5 years of supervisory experience in fleet or maintenance, this role requires strong leadership and vendor management skills. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fleet availability and operational readiness daily

• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance activities

• Coordinate with vendors and in-house repair teams

• Conduct asset audits and compliance reviews

• Control costs and manage asset performance

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of fleet or operations supervision

• Preference for certified Red Seal candidates

• Strong fleet management and preventative maintenance knowledge

• Experience in vendor management and service coordination

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
