Join a dedicated team as a Building Maintenance Supervisor in Surrey, BC. This role focuses on supervising maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
We are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to maintain our facilities. This full-time, permanent role involves supervising multiple projects, coordinating schedules, and training team members effectively. You will also be responsible for estimating material needs and ensuring that health regulations are met in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily maintenance workers
• Schedule and coordinate various projects
• Conduct training for staff to meet safety standards
• Estimate costs and order necessary materials
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on-site
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Authorization to work in Canada
