In this full-time position, your expertise will be integral to creating trusted food products. You will supervise critical utilities, manage maintenance, and ensure compliance with internal and legislative safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems
• Manage refrigeration operator schedules and inspections
• Uphold safety standards and training programs
• Direct facility upgrades while adhering to budgets
• Represent the facility in technical discussions with corporate teams
Requirements:
• Refrigeration A license and boiler certification
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Facilities Maintenance and Management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
