This role reports to the Assistant Manager and offers the opportunity to ensure hospital cleanliness. You will engage in various activities such as mopping, dusting, and managing waste, including hazardous materials. Preference is given to applicants with prior cleaning experience, especially in floor care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and dusting all hospital areas
• Perform floor care, including scrubbing and waxing
• Complete laundry tasks and assist with room setups
• Manage waste removal of hazardous and regular waste
• Conduct chemical spill cleanups and window cleaning
Requirements:
• Grade 12/GED or equivalent work experience
• Cleaning and floor care experience preferred
• Knowledge of multiple languages, French preferred
• Ability to work part-time with weekend shifts
• Commitment to maintaining a sanitary environment
