Become a vital part of the team as a Floor Technician at SBM Management Services. This role focuses on essential floor care tasks including waxing, stripping, and buffing while working Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks for various types of flooring. You’ll ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain a clean workspace, and actively support team efforts. Your commitment to safety and customer satisfaction will be paramount in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform waxing, stripping, and buffing of floors
• Utilize motorized cleaning equipment safely
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas
• Execute work assignments within given timelines
• Report safety hazards and observations
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to read instructions and safety documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals
• Valid driver's license may be required
