Enhance facility management as a Full-Time Facilities Assistant based in Ontario. This role is vital for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in our buildings and facilities.
Working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, this role focuses on carrying out routine cleaning tasks and collaborating with staff to ensure an orderly environment. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. Prior experience in facilities maintenance is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and restock supplies in all common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors effectively
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility
• Drive to different locations for daily cleaning
• Monitor inventory and purchase cleaning products
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in facilities maintenance experience
• Valid CA driver’s license without issues
• Experience in larger company environments
• Ability to multi-task under pressure
• Capable of lifting at least 35 lbs and working outdoors
