As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our maintenance department by developing schedules and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment. Your background in mechanical systems, along with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, will be key to our ongoing success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage maintenance schedules for equipment

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks

• Implement key performance indicators for maintenance practices

• Ensure compliance with safety and food standards

• Maintain thorough records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required

• Effective team player with self-starter qualities

• Strong knowledge of safety and preventative maintenance

• Hands-on expertise preferred in packing machines

• Customer service orientation in internal interactions
