This key role involves overseeing the daily functions of the mechanics, ensuring superior maintenance practices. You will coach and train your team, providing necessary tools and support. Key Responsibilities:
• Train and guide shift mechanics in daily operations
• Ensure timely support and repairs across all departments
• Promote safety-first approach during troubleshooting
• Oversee key maintenance projects and initiatives
• Maintain Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• 433A Millwright or 442A Electrician license preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years in manufacturing leadership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work various shifts as necessary
