Realstar, a leading property management firm, is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site and support daily operations. This position involves working weekdays, alternating weekends, and being on-call for service requests. Candidates will contribute to enhancing resident satisfaction, maintaining property cleanliness, and assisting in minor maintenance repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents with a professional and friendly attitude
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and vacant units
• Handle resident service requests within 24 hours
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs for maintenance checks
• Organize community events and engage residents
Requirements:
• Previous property management experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills in English (French for Quebec)
• Ability to perform general cleaning and minor repairs
• Must lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
