Light Duty Cleaner Role at GDI

Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene as a Light Duty Cleaner with GDI Services. This part time role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals dedicated to facility upkeep.

In this role with GDI Services (Canada) LP, you will be responsible for various essential cleaning tasks, ensuring all indoor environments are fully maintained. Your part time work will include duties such as emptying garbage, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces, scheduled conveniently on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. You’ll play an important role in preserving the top-notch reputation of GDI facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and transport garbage from drop points

• Maintain washroom cleanliness and stock supplies

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpets and floors

• Disinfect door handles and stainless fixtures

• Notify supervisor of any damages to facilities

Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly

• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check

• Participation in training as needed for job duties

• Compliance with health and safety regulations

• Willingness to accept additional tasks when required
