Cleaning Technician

Position: Cleaning Technician (Full-Time)
We are currently looking fora cleaning technician
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building's common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should
have excellent communication and customer service skills, work well independently and take pride on a job well done
be reliable, professional and responsible.
have some experience in strata buildings - training also provided
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Litter pickup
Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture
Removing garbage and recycling
Vacuuming carpets
Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors
Sanitizing/re-stocking bathrooms
Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, etc.
Keeping janitor room clean and tidy
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS   Candidates must be WHMIS certified
Must successfully complete a criminal background check
Candidates must have a valid Class 5 drivers licence
Excellent work ethic and great attitude
Able to speak, understand, and read English
Friendly approach
Excellent customer service
Bonus: past experience in Residential Strata Buildings
