Cleaning Technician

We are currently looking fora cleaning technician

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building's common areas. The ideal candidate(s) should

• have excellent communication and customer service skills, work well independently and take pride on a job well done
• be reliable, professional and responsible.
• have some experience in strata buildings - training also provided

• Litter pickup
• Dusting/wiping equipment and furniture
• Removing garbage and recycling
• Vacuuming carpets
• Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors
• Sanitizing/re-stocking bathrooms
• Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass, etc.
• Keeping janitor room clean and tidy

Candidates must be WHMIS certified

• Must successfully complete a criminal background check

Candidates must have a valid Class 5 drivers licence

• Excellent work ethic and great attitude
• Able to speak, understand, and read English
• Friendly approach
• Excellent customer service
• Bonus: past experience in Residential Strata Buildings
