Facility Operations Technician III

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting mechanical equipment and systems across facilities. The position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in preventative and corrective maintenance of HVAC or similar systems. Your strong client-service orientation and environmental safety mindset will be essential in executing your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment

• Troubleshoot and report on facility conditions for enhancements

• Manage work order life cycle and quality assurance

• Maintain tools and submit expenses in a timely manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus trades training or certification

• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)

• Effective communication skills for data exchange

• Ability to work shifts and respond to emergencies
