Take charge as a Maintenance Manager with Options Community Services, focusing on the upkeep of housing sites like Ted Kuhn Towers. Your expertise will ensure optimal safety and functionality for the community.

In this leadership role, your hands-on experience will guide the effective operation and maintenance of various housing facilities across the Southern Fraser region. You’ll report to the Senior Property Manager while overseeing the Mobile Maintenance Team and coordinating essential maintenance activities. Collaborate closely with property and program managers while managing vendor contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all maintenance activities for housing sites

• Lead the Mobile Maintenance Team in urgent situations

• Manage work orders, inspections, and compliance needs

• Train and support your maintenance staff in their roles

• Assist with budget planning and inventory oversight

Requirements:

• Three years' experience in maintenance or facilities management

• Two years in a supervisory role within a relevant industry

• Requires a valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Current First Aid and WHMIS certifications necessary

• Strong skills in building systems and maintenance oversight
